Known Issues:

• Scratches, paint chips, dents, and minor rust spots all around the vehicle including but not limited to:
  • Paint chips on hood, passenger side doors
  • Scratches on driver and passenger doors
  • Small dent on rear cargo door
  • Rust in water drainage strip on roof
  • Rust on wheels
  • Rust on inside seam at bottom of doors
  • Rust on interior rear cargo doors
  • Rust on under carriage
• All seats and carpet have stains.
• Plastic moulding on driver side rear cargo is not clipped.
• Missing top part of moulding on passenger side rear cargo door.
• There are scuff marks all around the inside of the vehicle.

• Note 1: This vehicle is sold used without professional mechanical inspection; it may require additional unknown repairs other than those listed by the divestment representative. Viewing is recommended.
• Note 2: All GCSurplus vehicles start and drive unless specified otherwise in the known issues above.
• Note 3: Due to the cold weather, the battery may end up dead by the time this vehicle is sold. It will be the buyer's responsibility to change the battery in this situation.
• Note 4: We are unable to place the vehicle on a hoist, the undercarriage was not visually inspected.

1. Appointments for pick-ups are mandatory and must be arranged 24 hours in advance. No drop-ins will be accepted.

3. Appointments to view and pick-up are mandatory, no exceptions.
4. The purchaser must contact the custodian and make an appointment for a specific date and time so they can meet onsite. Any appointments cancellation must be done in the 24 hours prior to the appointment date.
5. Inspection and pick-ups are done during the weekdays Monday to Friday. The exact time has to be discussed with the custodian.
6. Purchasers who arrive unprepared may be refused.

Important:

1. As indicated in the Clause 844.1, with the exception of authorized dealers and registered recyclers, vehicle ownership transfer must occur prior to the vehicle being released to the owner. This transfer must be completed by the owner, who will also be responsible for any and all mandatory vehicle inspections.
2. Authorized dealers must provide a photocopy of their dealer licence as proof before we will release the vehicle, the document must be sent by email to the sales representative.
3. If the buyer wishes to send a transporter or someone else to pick-up on their behalf, he must give a 24 hour notice to the sales representative by email with the company name or the full name of the person that will be picking up on their behalf.
4. Transporter can call should there be a need regarding logistics, etc. However, first point of confirmation of pick-up is to be made by the buyer.
5. Invoices & Bill of Sales cannot be modified for any reasons. We highly recommend that buyers update their account information before bidding on vehicles.
