Pick-up

  1. These are forfeited items.
  2. The buyer is responsible for making all transportation arrangements and for all costs incurred.
  3. Pick-ups can only be done by the buyer or an authorized third party.
  4. Curbside Pick-up:
    • Appointments to pick up are mandatory, no exceptions.
    • Buyers without appointments will be turned away.

  5. All pick-ups by a third party or transport require a completed bill of lading and a signed authority to release to be sent to GCSurplus prior to sending the third party or transport.

Payment and Removal
Payment:
The Purchaser agrees to make any payment requested (see available payment options) by the Minister within 3 business days from the date of such request and prior to removal of any of the property.
 
Removal:
The Purchaser, upon acceptance of this offer by the Minister and after payment in full has been received by the Minister, shall at their expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or, if no date is shown, within 3 business days after the date the bill of sale is issued.
