Contactless Pickup:

  1. Appointments must be made for pickups at least 24 hours in advance. There will be no exceptions.
  2. Buyers without appointments will be turned away.
  3. Buyers must come with Governement Issued Photo ID, Bill of Sale and Authority to Release for the Military Police checkpoint upon entry.
  4. Appointments for pickups are available Mondays through Thursdays, 7:30AM - 12:00 and 1:00PM - 2:00PM, Fridays 7:30AM - Noon, excluding statutory holidays.

  6. Upon arrival for pickups, buyers must park and wait in their vehicle and call for further instruction.
  7. The Buyer is responsible for making all transportation arrangements and for all costs incurred.
  8. All pickups by a third party or transport require written authorization from the Buyer emailed to prior to sending the third party or transport.
  9. Transport pickups also require a completed bill of lading emailed prior to the pickup. The entry to the base will not be permitted otherwise.
  10. The purchaser must come equipped and prepared with proper equipment and staff/help to pick up the lot.

Payment and Removal
The Purchaser agrees to make any payment requested (see available payment options) by the Minister within 3 business days from the date of such request and prior to removal of any of the property.
The Purchaser, upon acceptance of this offer by the Minister and after payment in full has been received by the Minister, shall at their expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or, if no date is shown, within 5 business days after the date the bill of sale is issued.

The item(s) described herein are being sold offsite and not from a GCSurplus Sales Centre. For all offsite sales, Canada is responsible for making the sale items accessible for removal. They are under no obligation to provide assistance of any kind. It is the Purchaser's responsibility to ensure they have the proper labour and material handling equipment to facilitate the removal. Failure to comply with this condition of sale may lead to the Purchaser being turned away and the items and funds being forfeited.
