Contactless Pick-up:

  1. Appointments must be made for pick-ups at least 24 hours in advance. There will be no exceptions.

  5. Picture ID, Bill of Sale and Authority to Release form must be presented to the Military Police checkpoint before entry is permitted
  6. The buyer is responsible for making all transportation arrangements and for all costs incurred.
  7. All pick-ups by a third party or transport require written authorization from the Buyer emailed to GCSurplus at Emerick.Voyer-Nault@forces.gc.ca prior to sending the third party or transport.
  8. Transport pick-ups also require a completed bill of lading emailed prior to pick-up. The entry to the base will not be permitted otherwise
  9. The purchaser must come equipped and prepared with proper equipment and staff/help to pick up the lot.

Payment and Removal
Payment:
The Purchaser agrees to make any payment requested (see available payment options) by the Minister within 3 business days from the date of such request and prior to removal of any of the property.
 
Removal:
The Purchaser, upon acceptance of this offer by the Minister and after payment in full has been received by the Minister, shall at their expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or, if no date is shown, within 5 business days after the date the bill of sale is issued.
