Inspection and Pick-up

  1. No shipping is available for this item and it must be picked up at the location by the successful bidder or their authorized representative.
  2. Appointment must be made in advance with onsite contact for viewing and removal. Office is open Monday to Friday only, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  3. Appointment is mandatory, no exceptions.
  4. The buyer is responsible for making their own arrangements for packaging, shipping, loading, and removal of the item from the physical location.
  5. Please ensure you have the labour and material handling equipment to remove this unit. This means proper moving equipment and trucks large enough to take the loads with the right amount of manpower to make it happen in a timely professional manner. Refusal of pickup may occur if buyer is not prepared to the above stated.
  6. Bring your Bill of Sale and your Authority of Release.
  7. Every visitor must wear a mask.
  8. All items must be picked up within 5 business days after sale.

Payment and Removal
Payment:
The Purchaser agrees to make any payment requested (see available payment options) by the Minister within 3 business days from the date of such request and prior to removal of any of the property.
 
Removal:
The Purchaser, upon acceptance of this offer by the Minister and after payment in full has been received by the Minister, shall at their expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or, if no date is shown, within 5 business days after the date the bill of sale is issued.

Failure to comply with this condition of sale may lead to the Purchaser being turned away and the items and funds being forfeited.
