Viewing and Pick-up:

1. Viewing is recommended.
2. Visitors picking up items will be expected to adhere to the following:
   • Maintain 2 metre distance from people at all times.
   • Bring your own pen to sign the release paperwork.
   • Be prepared to wait in your vehicle.
   • If directed to drive into the compound, remain in your vehicle and present your identification through closed windows.
   • Adhere to other guidelines that may be required and directed further while at Edmonton Garrison.
3. Pick-ups are by appointment only.
4. Hours available for pick-up appointments:
   • Monday to Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
   • Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to noon, excluding statutory holidays.
5. Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
6. Customers who do not have an appointment will be turned away.
7. Safety footwear policy is in effect for the building.
8. The buyer must bring an Authority to Release with them at the time of the pick-up.
9. If the buyer sends a third party to pick up the item(s) on their behalf, they must send an email to the sales representative listed on the sale giving permission to release the item(s). Failure to do so may result in your item(s) not being released.
