Viewing and Pick-up

  1. Viewing and pick-ups are by appointment only, from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.and from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Buyers who do not have an appointment will be refused access to the site.
  2. Shipping is not available.
  3. All pick-ups by a third-party carrier require a Bill of Lading and an Authority to Release signed by the buyer and sent to john.forsyth@sac-isc.gc.ca in order to pick up the lot.
  4. Purchasers must come equipped and prepared with the proper equipment to pick up the lot from this location: dollies, carts, vehicle or truck, etc., as well as the proper amount of staff/help for the removal. No help or loan of equipment will be provided on site. The buyer must also make all transportation arrangements and pay all cost incurred.

Payment and Removal

The Purchaser agrees to make any payment requested (see available payment options) by the Minister within 2 business days from the date of such request and prior to removal of any of the property.
 
Removal:
The Purchaser, upon acceptance of this offer by the Minister and after payment in full has been received by the Minister, shall at their expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or, if no date is shown, within 2 business days after the date the bill of sale is issued.
