6. The entire lot must be picked up in a single trip or within a reasonable amount of time, determined by the custodian.
7. The purchaser must come equipped and prepared with the proper equipment to pick up the lot from the building: dollies, carts, vehicles, or trucks, as well as the proper amount of staff/help for the move.
8. Purchasers who arrive unprepared may be refused.
