Pick-up:

1. Appointments for viewings and pick-ups must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Buyers without appointments may be turned away.
2. Removal/pick-up by appointment only:
   • Monday to Friday (excluding holidays)
3. Buyers are required to email invoice number, full name, contact phone number, proposed pick-up date and time, description of item to pick up, vehicle's make, model, colour, and license plate prior to arrange pick-up work permit.
4. Items must be picked up from Canada Place Loading Dock. Access on 102 Avenue.
5. The buyer is responsible for making all transportation arrangements and for all costs incurred.
6. All pick-ups by a third party or transport company require written authorization from the buyer emailed to Barbara.kreider@pco-bcp.gc.ca prior to sending the third party or transport company. Transport company pick-ups also require a completed bill of lading emailed prior to the pick-up.
