Viewing and Pick-up:

1. Appointments for viewings and pick-ups must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Visitors without appointments may be turned away.
3. Appointments for viewing and pick-up are available Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
4. Masks are required to enter warehouse environment.
5. The buyer is responsible for making all transportation arrangements and for all costs incurred.
6. All pick-ups by a third party or transport require written authorization from the buyer emailed to GCSurplus at brian.gordon@tc.gc.ca prior to sending the third party or transport. Transport pick-ups also require a completed bill of lading emailed prior to the pick-up.
