1. Original Registration is located with the vehicle
2. Buyer is to:
   • Pickup original registration at identified site of sale.
   • Bring original registration, signed a bill of sale (provided by Sales Representative via email) and valid Insurance to Yukon Motor Vehicles Office.
   • Transfer the vehicle into Buyer's name.
   • Pick up the vehicle after proving transfer of ownership and providing a signed Authority to Release to the onsite contact.
3. Be sure to bid under the name that will appear on the registration
4. If this is a company purchase, register your company with GCSurplus and be sure to bid under the company's name.

Pick-up

2. Appointments to pick-up are mandatory, no exceptions.
   • Buyers without appointments will be turned away.
3. Pick-up times Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., except on holidays.
4. The buyer is responsible for making all transportation arrangements and for all costs incurred.
5. Pick-up only by buyer or authorized third party.
   • All pick-ups by a third party require a signed Authority to Release to be sent to the "Contact" listed in the sale prior to releasing. If sending a Transport Company a completed Bill of Lading is also required to be sent to the "Contact."
