Viewing and Pick-up:

  1. Viewing is recommended prior to placing a bid.
  2. Appointments for viewings and pick-ups must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  3. Visitors without appointments may be turned away.
  4. Appointments for viewing and pick-up are available Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (MT).
  5. The buyer is responsible for making all transportation arrangements and for all costs incurred.
  6. All pick-ups by a third party or transport company require a written authorization from the buyer, emailed to GCSurplus at TPSGC.gcsurplusedmonton.PWGSC@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca, prior to sending the third party or transport company. Transport pick-ups also require a completed bill of lading emailed prior to the pick-up.

The Purchaser agrees to make any payment requested (see available payment options) by the Minister within 3 business days from the date of such request and prior to removal of any of the property.
 
Removal:
The Purchaser, upon acceptance of this offer by the Minister and after payment in full has been received by the Minister, shall at their expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or, if no date is shown, within 5 business days after the date the bill of sale is issued.
