Inspection and pick-up

1. Appointments to view and pick up the items are mandatory, no exceptions.
2. For information and to book an appointment for viewing or pick up, please communicate with Christian Girard or his colleague at 418-677-4000, extension 6617628 or by e-mail at ventesdelotsalouette@forces.gc.ca.
3. The lot is located in a secure building and appointments require a 24-hour notice prior to pick up.
4. Pick-ups are authorized from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., unless otherwise specified.
5. The purchaser must come equipped and prepared with proper equipment to pick up the lot from the building, for example dollies, carts, vehicles or trucks, as well as proper amount of staff/help for the move.
6. Purchasers who arrive unprepared will be refused.
7. The Department of National Defense (DND) disclaims all liability in the event of an incident or accident that may occur to the user (or any other person accompanying him) as well as to his vehicle/trailer during loading material using a forklift or other.
