3. Appointments to view and pick-up are mandatory, no exceptions.
4. The purchaser must comply with the security requirements put in place for COVID-19 at the location of the asset(s), if applicable.
5. The purchaser must contact the custodian and make an appointment for a specific date and time so they can meet onsite. Any appointment cancellations must be done 24 hours prior to the appointment date.
6. Inspection and pick-ups are done during the weekdays Monday to Friday. The exact time has to be discussed with the custodian.
7. The entire lot must be picked up in a single trip or within a reasonable amount of time, determined by the custodian.
8. The purchaser must come equipped and prepared with proper the equipment to pick up the lot from the building: dollies, carts, vehicle or trucks, as well as proper amount of staff/help for the pick-up.
9. Purchasers who arrive unprepared may be refused.
