- Items were declared functional when removed from service.
- Items may require unknown parts or repairs.
- Items are dirty and dusty and require cleaning.

Additional comments:

Outdoor loading dock not attached to the building. Items subject to weather during the move.
Items are located on the 3rd floor of an office building and a designated elevator will need to be booked for the day.
Pick-up hours are between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday and Friday.
No shipping, pick-up only.
The item(s) are not on skids and are not shrink wrapped.
Purchaser is responsible for all labour, materials and transport required for pick-up of items.
Purchaser must supply movers to transport the units from the floor to their truck.
Purchasers who arrive unprepared will be refused.
