3. The items are sold used, without inspection, and they may require unknown repairs.

6. Payments can be made online through your GCSurplus account, or you can pay in-person at a GCSurplus sales centre (by appointment only). GCSurplus accepts cash (exact change only), debit cards, Visa/MasterCard/American Express credit cards, money orders, certified cheques, and wire transfers.
7. All cheques must be certified and made out to the "Receiver General of Canada." GCSurplus cannot accept payments over the phone.
