This lot is used and being sold in as-is condition. One or more item may require unknown repairs or cleaning. They may also have superficial damages or be missing parts, accessories and hardware.
Buyer must provide an appropriate vehicle and labor for the pick-up. The custodian will not provide any assistance during the pick-up/removal.
No assistance or loan of equipment will be available on the site.
Buyers who arrive unprepared will be denied access to the items.
All third party people sent by the buyer to pick up a lot must have the Authority to Release signed by the buyer in order to pick up the lot.

The Purchaser must contact the custodian and make an appointment for a specific date and time so they can meet onsite. Any appointment cancellations must be done in the 24 hours prior to the day of the appointment.
Inspection and pick-ups can take place during the weekdays from Monday to Friday. The exact time has to be discussed with the custodian.
The entire lot must be picked up in a single trip or within a reasonable amount of time, determined by the custodian.
Purchaser must come equipped and prepared with proper equipment to pick up the lot from the building, for example, dollies, carts, vehiclse and/or trucks, as well as proper amount of staff/help for the move.
Purchasers who arrive unprepared may be refused.
