  4. Winning bidder must provide this information within 3 working days of being notified by the sales representative.
  5. Failure to do so would mean non-compliance and will result in GCSurplus moving to the next high bidder.
  6. Awarding of the item will be completed once a bidder has provided the necessary information required to explain the intended use.
  7. All decisions are final.

Pickup

  1. The buyer is responsible for making all transportation arrangements and for all costs incurred.
  2. Pickups can only be done by the buyer or an authorized third party.
    • All pickups by a third party or transport require a completed bill of lading and a signed authority to release stating the name of the authorized 3rd party, to be sent to GCSurplus prior to sending the third party or transport.
  3. Appointments to pick up are mandatory, no exceptions.
  4. Buyers without appointments will be turned away.

Payment and Removal
Payment:
The Purchaser agrees to make any payment requested (see available payment options) by the Minister within 3 business days from the date of such request and prior to removal of any of the property.
 
Removal:
The Purchaser, upon acceptance of this offer by the Minister and after payment in full has been received by the Minister, shall at their expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or, if no date is shown, within 3 business days after the date the bill of sale is issued.
