  • Purchaser must come equipped and prepared with proper equipment to pick up the lot from the building and must have the proper amount of staff/help for the move. Example: dollies, carts, vehicles or trucks.
  • Purchasers will need to contact Michel, Jeffrey, David or Stephane to be able to schedule an appointment and have access to the storage facility.
  • The loading dock can be used, but the truck can't be more than 30 feet.

  3. Appointments to view and pick-up are mandatory, no exceptions.
  4. The Purchaser must contact the custodian and make an appointment for a specific date and time so they can meet onsite. Any appointment cancellation must be done in the 24 hours prior to the appointment date.
  5. Inspection and pick-ups are done during the weekdays from Monday to Friday. The exact time has to be discussed with the custodian.
  6. The entire lot must be picked up in a single trip or within a reasonable amount of time, determined by the custodian.
  7. Purchaser must come equipped and prepared with proper equipment to pick up the lot from the building, for example dollies, carts, vehicles or trucks, as well as proper amount of staff/help for the move.
  8. Purchasers who arrive unprepared may be refused.
