• Pick-up dates and times must be confirmed with at least 48 hours in advance as a work permit must be issued, and the loading dock and freight elevator must be reserved. Pickups without advance notice will not be accepted.
• Pick-ups must be completed during the following hours: 8:00 to 11:00 and 13:00 to 15:00.
• This lot is used and being sold in as-is condition. One or more items may require unknown repairs or cleaning. They may also have superficial damages or be missing parts, accessories and hardware.

3. Appointments to view and pick-up are mandatory, no exceptions.
4. The Purchaser must contact the custodian and make an appointment for a specific date and time so they can meet onsite. Any appointments cancellation must be done in the 24 hours prior to the appointment date.
5. Inspection and pick-ups are done during the weekdays Monday to Friday. The exact time has to be discussed with the custodian.
6. The entire lot must be picked up in a single trip or within a reasonable amount of time, determined by the custodian.
7. Purchaser must come equipped and prepared with proper equipment to pick up the lot from the building, example: dollies, carts, vehicle and/or trucks, as well as proper amount of staff/help for the move.
8. Purchasers who arrive unprepared may be refused.
