Pickup instructions:

1. Appointments must be made for pickups at least 24 hours in advance. There will be no exceptions.
2. Buyers without appointments will be turned away.
3. Buyers must come with Governement Issued Photo ID, Bill of Sale and Authority to Release for the Military Police checkpoint upon entry.
4. Upon arrival for pickups, buyers must park and wait in their vehicle and call for further instruction.
5. The Buyer is responsible for making all transportation arrangements and for all costs incurred.
6. All pickups by a third party or transport require written authorization from the Buyer emailed to majequipclk@forces.gc.ca prior to sending the third party or transport.
7. Transport pickups also require a completed bill of lading emailed prior to the pickup. The entry to the base will not be permitted otherwise.
8. The purchaser must come equipped and prepared with proper equipment and staff/help to pick up the lot.
9. Appointments for pickups are available Mondays through Thursdays, 7:30AM - 12:00 and 1:00PM - 2:00PM, Fridays 7:30AM - Noon, excluding statutory holidays.
