Appointments to view and pick-up are mandatory, no exceptions.
The Purchaser must contact the custodian and make an appointment for a specific date and time so they can meet onsite. Any appointments cancellation must be done in the 24 hours prior to the appointment date.
Inspection and pick-ups are done during the weekdays Monday to Friday. The exact time has to be discussed with the custodian.
The entire lot must be picked up in a single trip or within a reasonable amount of time, determined by the custodian.
Purchaser must come equipped and prepared with proper equipment to pick up the lot from the building, example: dollies, carts, vehicle and/or trucks, as well as proper amount of staff/help for the move.
Purchasers who arrive unprepared may be refused.
