• Note: The trestles are located on the 4th floor with elevator. There is no loading dock, but the door to the goods area is at street level, with no threshold or steps.

• These items are used and may require unknown repairs or parts.

Viewing and Pick-up

1. Viewing and pick-up appointments are mandatory. No exception will be made.

3. Buyer must provide an appropriate vehicle and labour for the pick-up. The custodian will not provide any assistance during the pick-up.
4. No assistance or equipment will be provided on the site.
5. Buyers who arrive unprepared will be denied access to the items.
6. All third party people sent by the buyer to pick-up a lot must have the Authority to Release signed by the buyer in order to pick-up the lot.
7. The client department disclaims all liability in the event of an incident or accident that may occur to the user (or any other person accompanying him) as well as to his vehicle/trailer during loading material.
8. The buyer will have to comply with the directives and preventive measures related to COVID-19 specific to the site where the lot is located, these varying from place to place.
