Viewing and Pick-up

  1. Pick-up appointments are mandatory. Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. No exceptions will be made.

  4. Please bring your own vehicle, manpower and equipment. The custodian will not provide any assistance during pick-up.
  5. No assistance or loan of equipment will be available on site.
  6. Buyers arriving unprepared will be refused access to the items.
  7. All third party sent by the buyer to pick-up a lot must have the Authority to Release signed by the buyer in order to pick-up the lot.
  8. The client department disclaims all liability in the event of an incident or accident that may occur to the user (or any other person accompanying him) as well as to his vehicle during loading material.

Payment and Removal
Payment:
The Purchaser agrees to make any payment requested (see available payment options) by the Minister within 3 business days from the date of such request and prior to removal of any of the property.
 
Removal:
The Purchaser, upon acceptance of this offer by the Minister and after payment in full has been received by the Minister, shall at their expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or, if no date is shown, within 3 business days after the date the bill of sale is issued.

The item(s) described herein are being sold offsite and not from a GCSurplus Sales Centre. For all offsite sales, Canada is responsible for making the sale items accessible for removal. They are under no obligation to provide assistance of any kind. It is the Purchaser's responsibility to ensure they have the proper labour and material handling equipment to facilitate the removal. Failure to comply with this condition of sale may lead to the Purchaser being turned away and the items and funds being forfeited.
