Viewing and Pick-ups

  1. Viewing and pick-ups are by appointment only. Buyers who do not have an appointment will be refused access to the site.
  2. When making an appointment for viewing, you need to specify the lot(s) number(s) you wish to inspect. Viewing will be limited to the lot(s) mentioned only. Only visual viewing is allowed, boxes will not be emptied.
  3. Viewing and pick-ups will be allowed from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. We are closed from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. every day, as well as on weekends and during statutory holidays.

  5. When picking up a lot, please make sure you have the right vehicle for the item and the required labour.
  6. The buyer must make all transportation arrangements and pay all cost incurred.
  7. All pick-ups by a third party carrier require a Bill of Lading sent to TPSGC.gcsurplusatlantic.PWGSC@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca.
  8. All third party people sent by the buyer to pick up a lot must have the Authority to Release signed by the buyer in order to pick up the lot.

Removal:
The Purchaser, upon acceptance of this offer by the Minister and after payment in full has been received by the Minister, shall at their expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or, if no date is shown, within 5 business days after the date the bill of sale is issued.
