Viewing and Pick-up:

1. Appointments for viewings and pick-ups must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Vistors without appointments may be turned away.
2. Visitors are required to email Invoice number, full name, contact phone number, proposed pick-up date and time, description of item to pick up prior to arrange pick up work permit.
3. Items must be picked up from Canada Place Loading Dock . Access on 102 Avenue
4. Appointments for viewing and pick-up are available Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

6. The buyer is responsible for making all transportation arrangements and for all costs incurred.
7. All pick-ups by a third party or transport require written authorization from the buyer emailed to ab-nwtclientservices-servicesalaclienteleab-nwt@hc-sc.gc.ca prior to sending the third party or transport. Transport pick-ups also require a completed bill of lading emailed prior to the pick-up.
