Inspection and Pick-up Instructions:

1. Viewing is recommended.
2. Appointments must be made for pick-ups at least 24 hours in advance. There will be no exceptions.
3. Buyers without appointments will be turned away.
4. Appointments for pick-ups are available Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., excluding statutory holidays.
5. Buyer is responsible for making their own arrangements for packaging, loading and removal of the item.
6. Safety footwear is required where heavy items are being handled (furniture, tires, etc.).
7. If a forklift is required for assistance in loading/handling, the operator is not responsible for any damage to item(s) or vehicle.
8. All pick-ups by a third party require a signed Authority to Release to be sent to the contact listed in the sale prior to the pick-up.
9. If sending a transport company, a completed Bill of Lading is also required to be emailed to the contact listed on the sale prior to the pick-up.
10. Certain requirements exist for removal by transport companies. Contact Allan Lopez or Ed Yuen prior to bidding to ensure 3rd party removal instructions are understood.
