Purchasers will need to contact Michel, Jeffrey, David or Stephane to be able to schedule an appointment and have access to the storage facility. They can use the loading dock but the truck can't be more than 30' max.
This lot is used and being sold in as-is condition. One or more items may require unknown repairs or cleaning. They may also have superficial damages or be missing parts, accessories and hardware.

Appointments to view and pick-up are mandatory, no exceptions.
The Purchaser must contact the custodian and make an appointment for a specific date and time so they can meet onsite. Any appointment cancellation must be done in the 24 hours prior to the appointment date.
Inspection and pick-ups are done during the weekdays from Monday to Friday. The exact time has to be discussed with the custodian.
The entire lot must be picked up in a single trip or within a reasonable amount of time, determined by the custodian.
Purchaser must come equipped and prepared with proper equipment to pick up the lot from the building, for example dollies, carts, vehicles or trucks, as well as proper amount of staff/help for the move.
Purchasers who arrive unprepared may be refused.
