  2. This trailer has never been registered anywhere in Canada.
  3. There will be no registration documents for this trailer.

Pick-up

  1. This trailer is sold used, without mechanical inspection and may require unknown repairs.
  2. For more information please call the "Contact" listed.
  3. Appointments for pick-ups are mandatory, no exceptions.
    • Buyers without appointments will be turned away.
  4. Pick-up times are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., except on holidays.
  5. The buyer is responsible for making all transportation arrangements and for all costs incurred.
  6. Pick-up only by the buyer or authorized third party.
    • All pick-ups by a third party require a signed Authority to Release to be sent to the "Contact" listed in the sale prior to releasing. If sending a transport company, a completed Bill of Lading is also required to be sent to the "Contact."
  7. This trailer must be loaded on a flatbed in order for it to be removed from the site.

Payment and Removal
Payment:
The Purchaser agrees to make any payment requested (see available payment options) by the Minister within 3 business days from the date of such request and prior to removal of any of the property.
 
Removal:
The Purchaser, upon acceptance of this offer by the Minister and after payment in full has been received by the Minister, shall at their expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or, if no date is shown, within 3 business days after the date the bill of sale is issued.

With the exception of authorized dealers and registered recyclers, vehicle ownership transfer must occur prior to the vehicle being released to the owner. This transfer must be completed by the owner, who will also be responsible for any and all mandatory vehicle inspections.
875.1

It is the buyer's responsibility to contact the Canadian manufacturer and, if necessary, equipment manufacturer to find out whether any notices of defects or of non-compliance (more commonly known as "recalls") have been issued with regards to the vehicle.
