• Surface rust on brake disks; brakes may need servicing or replacement.
• Scratches, dents, paint chips and rust spots all around the vehicle including, but not limited to:
  • Light scratches on hood
  • Paint chips with rust on hood
  • Small dents with scratches on passenger side rear fender which extend to rear passenger door. There is a bit of rust showing where scratch is deepest.
  • Small dents on driver and back passenger step
  • Paint chips on door rims
• Plastic grill below wipers is damaged
• Front air dam skirt is cracked on passenger side
• Vehicle interior door panels are very dirty on driver side. Requires cleaning.
• Scuff marks on bottom of doors and door trim
• Check engine light was on upon first inspection. Divestment officer was unable to reproduce when preparing listing. Here is the initial error code:

  Note 4: We are unable to place the vehicle on a hoist, the undercarriage was not visually inspected.

This was a Federal Government fleet vehicle.

1. Appointments for inspections and pick-ups are mandatory and must be arranged 24 hours in advance. No drop-ins will be accepted.
2. Appointments can only be arranged Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., except on holidays.
3. Please note that the warehouse is not open on a daily basis for inspections.
4. Please note that all buyers will need to provide a valid photo ID when picking up in person. If the buyer wishes to send someone to pick up on their behalf, they must send an email to the divestment officer giving permission to release the item. Failure to do so may result in your asset not being released.
5. The divestment officer is the first point of contact for this sale, but if you are unable to contact them, you can reach the NCR Sales Centre by phone at 343-548-9641 or by email at Info@GCSurplus.ca for urgent matters.

Important:

1. As indicated in the Clause 844.1, with the exception of authorized dealers and registered recyclers, vehicle ownership transfer must occur prior to the vehicle being released to the owner. This transfer must be completed by the owner, who will also be responsible for any and all mandatory vehicle inspections.
2. Authorized dealers must provide a photocopy of their dealer licence as proof before we release the vehicle, the document must be sent by email to the divestment officer.
3. If the buyer wishes to send a transporter or someone else to pick up on their behalf, he must give a 24-hour notice to the divestment officer by email with the company name or the full name of the person that will be picking up on their behalf.
4. Transporter can call should there be a need regarding logistics, etc. However, the first point of confirmation of the pick-up is to be made by the buyer.
5. Invoices and Bill of Sales cannot be modified for any reasons. We highly recommend that buyers update their account information before bidding on vehicles.
