Viewing and Pick-up

1. Viewing and pick-up appointments are mandatory. No exception will be made.

3. Buyer must provide an appropriate vehicle and labour for the pick-up. The custodian will not provide any assistance during the pick-up.
4. No assistance or loan of equipment will be available on the site.
5. Buyers who arrive unprepared will be denied access to the items.
6. All third party people sent by the buyer to pick-up a lot must have the Authority to Release signed by the buyer in order to pick-up the lot.
7. The client department disclaims all liability in the event of an incident or accident that may occur to the user (or any other person accompanying him) as well as to his vehicle during loading material.
