Viewing and Pick-up

1. Appointments to view and pick-up the items are mandatory, no exceptions will be made.

3. The lot is located in a secure building and appointments require a 24-hour notice prior to viewing appointment and pick-up.
4. Pick-ups are authorized from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., unless otherwise specified.
5. The purchaser must come equipped and prepared with proper equipment to pick-up the lot from the building, example: dollies, carts, vehicle or trucks, as well as proper amount of staff or help for the move.
6. Purchasers who arrive unprepared will be refused.
7. The Department of National Defence (DND) disclaims all liability in the event of an incident or accident that may occur to the user (or any other person accompanying him) as well as to his vehicle/trailer during loading material using a forklift or other.
