Viewing and Pick-up

1. Viewing and pick-ups are by appointment only, from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Buyers who do not have an appointment will be refused access to the site.
2. All pick-ups by a third-party carrier require a Bill of Lading and an Authority to Release signed by the buyer and sent to heath.ferguson@ec.gc.ca in order to pick up the lot.
3. Buyers must come equipped and prepared with the proper equipment to pick up the lot from this location: dollies, carts, vehicles or truck, etc., as well as the proper amount of staff/help for the removal. No help or loan of equipment will be provided on site. The buyer must also make all transportation arrangements and pay all cost incurred.
4. Safety footwear is required where heavy items are being handled (furniture, tires, etc.).
5. If a forklift is required for assistance in loading/handling, the operator is not responsible for any damage to the items or vehicle.
6. Shipping is available for some items only. A prepaid shipping label must be provided by the buyer and sent to Heath Ferguson. The buyer is responsible for making arrangements to pick up the package.
