All pick-ups by a third party or transport company require written authorization from the buyer emailed to GCSurplus at TPSGC.gcsurplusedmonton.PWGSC@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca prior to sending the third party or transport. Transport pick-ups also require a completed Bill of Lading emailed prior to the pick-up.
