3. Pick-ups can only be done by the buyer or an authorized third party.
   • All pick-ups by a third party or transport company require a completed Bill of Lading and a signed Authority to Release stating the name of the authorized third party, to be sent to GCSurplus prior to sending the third party or transport company.
4. Curbside pick-up:
   • Appointments for pick-up are mandatory, no exceptions.
   • Buyers without appointments will be turned away.
