Viewing and Pick-up

1. Appointments to view and pick-up the items are mandatory, no exceptions.
2. For information and to book an appointment for viewing or pick- up, please communicate with Christian Girard or his colleague at 418-677-4000, extension 6617628, or by email at ventesdelotsalouette@forces.gc.ca.
3. The lot is located in a secure building and appointments require a 24-hour notice prior to pick-up.
4. Pick-ups are authorized Monday to Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., unless otherwise specified.
5. The purchaser must come equipped and prepared with proper equipment to pick up the lot from the building: dollies, carts, vehicles or trucks, as well as proper amount of staff for the move.
6. Purchasers who arrive unprepared will be refused.
7. The Department of National Defence (DND) disclaims all liability in the event of an incident or accident that may occur to the user (or any other person accompanying) as well as to his vehicle/trailer during loading material using a forklift or other.
