  • This lot is used and being sold in as-is condition. One or more item may require unknown repairs or cleaning. They may also have superficial damages or be missing parts, accessories and hardware.
  • Viewings and pick-ups are by appointment only, Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., except on holidays.
  • No shipping is available for these items.
  • Purchaser must come prepared to pick up the items with the proper equipment and help; dollies, carts, etc.

  5. Viewings and pick-ups are done during the weekdays Monday to Friday. The exact time has to be discussed with the custodian.
  6. The entire lot must be picked up in a single trip or within a reasonable amount of time, determined by the custodian.
  7. Purchaser must come equipped and prepared with proper equipment to pick up the lot from the building, for example dollies, carts, vehicles or trucks, as well as proper amount of staff/help for the move.
  8. Purchasers who arrive unprepared may be refused.
