Pick-up

1. Shipping not provided by GCSurplus.
2. Onsite staff cannot pack, load, mail or ship items.
3. Pick-up only by Buyer or authorized third party.
   • All pick-ups by a third party require a signed Authority to Release to be sent to the "Contact" listed in the sale prior to releasing. If sending a Transport Company a completed Bill of Lading is also required to be sent to the "Contact".
4. Appointments to pick up are mandatory, no exceptions.
5. Buyers without appointments will be turned away.
6. Buyer is responsible for making their own arrangements for packaging, loading and pick-up of the items from their physical location.
7. Normal working hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
