Viewing and Pick-up:

1. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance for pick-ups. There will be no exceptions.
2. Buyers without appointments will be turned away.
3. Appointments for pick-ups are available Monday to Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding statutory holidays.

5. The buyer is responsible for making their own arrangements for packaging, loading and picking up the item.
6. Safety footwear is required where heavy items are being handled (furniture, tires, etc.).
7. If a forklift is required for assistance in loading/handling, the operator is not responsible for any damage to the items or the vehicle.
8. All pick-ups by a third party require a signed Authority to Release to be sent to the contact listed in the sale prior to pick-ups.
9. If sending a transport company, a completed Bill of Lading is also required to be emailed to the contact listed on the sale prior to pick-ups.
10. Certain requirements exist for pick-ups by transport companies. Contact Heath Ferguson prior to bidding to ensure third party pick-up instructions are understood.
