3. The buyer is responsible for making all transportation arrangements and for all costs incurred.
4. Pick-ups can only be done by the buyer or an authorized third party.
   • All pick-ups by a third party or transport require a completed bill of lading and a signed authority to release stating the name of the authorized 3rd party, to be sent to GCSurplus prior to sending the third party or transport.
5. Curbside Pick-up:
   • Appointments to pick up are mandatory, no exceptions.
   • Buyers without appointments will be turned away.
