• Purchaser must come equipped and prepared with proper equipment to pick-up the lot from the building and must have the proper amount of staff/help for the move. Example: dollies, cart, vehicle and/or trucks.
• They can use the loading dock but the truck can't be more than 30 feet max.

3. Appointments to view and pick up are mandatory, no exceptions.
4. The Purchaser must contact the custodian and make an appointment for a specific date and time so they can meet onsite. Any appointment cancellations must be done in the 24 hours prior to the day of the appointment.
5. Inspection and pick-ups can take place during the weekdays from Monday to Friday. The exact time has to be discussed with the custodian.
6. The entire lot must be picked up in a single trip or within a reasonable amount of time, determined by the custodian.
7. Purchaser must come equipped and prepared with proper equipment to pick up the lot from the building, for example, dollies, carts, vehiclse and/or trucks, as well as proper amount of staff/help for the move.
8. Purchasers who arrive unprepared may be refused.
