2. Pick-ups are by appointment only, from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Please allow at least 2 days for an appointment to be approved.

3. Please also note that access to the goods will be denied for buyers without an appointment.

4. Once the arrangements are made with the contact person, the buyer may take possession of the goods either in person, by a third party, or by a carrier. If a carrier is the chosen option, the buyer must prepare all shipping documents and send them to us prior to pick-up.

5. Due to the limited availability of manpower, no viewing of the goods will be permitted before the pick-up.
