• These items are used and are being sold in as-is condition. They may require unknown repairs or cleaning. They may also have superficial damages or be missing parts, accessories, and hardware.

1. Appointments for pick-ups are mandatory and must be arranged 24 hours in advance. No drop-ins will be accepted. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, inspections may not be permitted.

3. Appointments to view and pick-up are mandatory, no exceptions.
4. The purchaser must contact the custodian and make an appointment for a specific date and time so they can meet onsite. Any appointments cancellation must be done in the 24 hours prior to the appointment date.
5. Inspection and pick-ups are done during the weekdays Monday to Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
6. Purchasers who arrive unprepared may be refused.
