Observations:

  • Client department has declared that the vehicle will overheat when running and stationary. A preliminary diagnosis has concluded a possible head gasket issue.
  • There is a hole cut in the roof that has since been patched.
  • "Oil change required" and "No fuse" warning messages on dash.
  • Precise odometer reading not available. Lask known approximate reading was 168,000 km.
  • There are cut and disconnected wires hanging from the dash.
  • Holes drilled in the dash where equipment was mounted.
  • Front bumper is cracked and damaged.
  • There are scratches and dents along both sides of the body.
  • The interior is dirty and the seats are stained.
  • Driver's seat is torn.
  • Windshield cracked, chipped and pitted.
  • Scratches, scuffs, paint chips, paint bubbling, dents and rust from normal usage.

Payment and Removal
Payment:
The Purchaser agrees to make any payment requested (see available payment options) by the Minister within 3 business days from the date of such request and prior to removal of any of the property.
 
Removal:
The Purchaser, upon acceptance of this offer by the Minister and after payment in full has been received by the Minister, shall at their expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or, if no date is shown, within 5 business days after the date the bill of sale is issued.

With the exception of authorized dealers and registered recyclers, vehicle ownership transfer must occur prior to the vehicle being released to the owner. This transfer must be completed by the owner, who will also be responsible for any and all mandatory vehicle inspections.

It is the buyer's responsibility to contact the Canadian manufacturer and, if necessary, equipment manufacturer to find out whether any notices of defects or of non-compliance (more commonly known as "recalls") have been issued with regards to the vehicle.
