  • All skids, Tri-Walls and cages to stay at warehouse no exceptions.
  • All wood products must to be picked up first.

  • This lot is used and being sold in as-is condition. One or more item may require unknown repairs or cleaning. They may also have superficial damages or be missing parts, accessories and hardware.
  • Call for viewing, pickup, or information concerning lots between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. eastern standard time.
  • It is the purchaser's responsibility for packing and shipping. Please provide your own supplies and equipment for shipping and packaging. Items must be picked up within 5 working days of payment.

  3. Appointments to view and pick-up are mandatory, no exceptions.
  4. The Purchaser must contact the custodian and make an appointment for a specific date and time so they can meet onsite. Any appointment cancellation must be done in the 24 hours prior to the appointment date.
  5. Viewings and pick-ups are done during the weekdays Monday to Friday. The exact time has to be discussed with the custodian.
  6. The entire lot must be picked up in a single trip or within a reasonable amount of time, determined by the custodian.
  7. Purchaser must come equipped and prepared with proper equipment to pick up the lot from the building, for example dollies, carts, vehicles or trucks, as well as proper amount of staff/help for the move.
  8. Purchasers who arrive unprepared may be refused.
