Viewing and Pick-up:

3. Appointments to pick up are mandatory, no exceptions.
4. Buyers without appointments will be turned away.
5. The buyer is responsible for making their own arrangements for the packaging, loading and pick-up of the item.
6. All pick-ups by a third party require a signed Authority to Release to be sent to emilie.goulet@pc.gc.ca prior to the pick-up.
7. If sending a transport company, a completed Bill of Lading is also required to be emailed to the contact listed on the sale prior to the pick-up.
8. Certain requirements exist for removal by transport companies. Contact Emilie Goulet at emilie.goulet@pc.gc.ca prior to bidding to ensure 3rd party pick-up instructions are understood.
9. Appointments for pick-ups are available Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays.
