Inspection and Pick-up

1. Shipping is not available.
2. Buyer is responsible for making their own arrangements for packaging, loading and pick-up of the item.
3. Appointments to pick-up are mandatory, no exceptions.
4. Buyers without appointments will be turned away.
5. Appointments for pick-up are available Monday to Friday from 08:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., excluding statutory holidays.

7. All pick-ups by a third party require a signed Authority to Release emailed to the contact listed in the sale prior to pick-up.
8. If sending a transport company a completed Bill of Lading is also required to be emailed to the contact listed on the sale.
9. Certain requirements exist for pick-up by transport companies. Contact kenneth.flood@forces.gc.ca prior to bidding to ensure 3rd party removal instructions are understood.
