Pick-up

1. Shipping is not provided by GCSurplus.
2. Onsite staff cannot pack, load, mail or ship items.
3. Pick-up can only be done by the buyer or an authorized third party.
   • All pick-ups by a third party require a signed Authority to Release to be sent to the "Contact" listed in the sale prior to releasing. If sending a Transport Company a completed Bill of Lading is also required to be sent to the "Contact."
4. Contactless Pick-up:
   • Confirm with the "Contact" listed on the sale for site-specific COVID-19 protocols before arriving.
   • Appointments to pick up are mandatory, no exceptions.
5. Buyers without appointments will be turned away.
6. The buyer is responsible for making their own arrangements for packaging, loading, and picking up the items from their physical location.
7. Normal working hours are from 9:00 a.m. to noon and from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
8. Certain requirements exist for removal by 3rd party Couriers; Contact onsite DND personnel prior to bidding to ensure 3rd party removal instructions are understood.
