  1. Original Registration are located with the vehicle in Dawson City, YT.

    • Pickup original registration at identified site of sale.
    • Bring original registration, signed a bill of sale (provided by Sales Representative via email) and valid Insurance to Yukon Motor Vehicles Office.
    • Transfer the vehicle into Buyer's name.
    • Pick up the vehicle after proving transfer of ownership and providing a signed Authority to Release to the onsite contact.
  3. Be sure to bid under the name that will appear on the registration
  4. If this is a company purchase, register your company with GCSurplus and be sure to bid under the company's name.

Payment and Removal
Payment:
The Purchaser agrees to make any payment requested (see available payment options) by the Minister within 3 business days from the date of such request and prior to removal of any of the property.
 
Removal:
The Purchaser, upon acceptance of this offer by the Minister and after payment in full has been received by the Minister, shall at their expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or, if no date is shown, within 3 business days after the date the bill of sale is issued.

All sales are final. No purchased Goods may be returned and no requests for reimbursement in whole or in part will be accepted.

844.1

With the exception of authorized dealers and registered recyclers, vehicle ownership transfer must occur prior to the vehicle being released to the owner. This transfer must be completed by the owner, who will also be responsible for any and all mandatory vehicle inspections.

860.2

Buyers are advised to contact each asset custodian listed on the sale to determine what viewing and pick-up directions are in place as instructions may vary from location to location. The item(s) described herein are being sold offsite and not from a GCSurplus Sales Centre. For all offsite sales, Canada is responsible for making the sale items accessible for removal. They are under no obligation to provide assistance of any kind. It is the Purchaser's responsibility to ensure they have the proper labour and material handling equipment to facilitate the removal. Failure to comply with this condition of sale may lead to the Purchaser being turned away and the items and funds being forfeited.

It is the buyer's responsibility to contact the Canadian manufacturer and, if necessary, equipment manufacturer to find out whether any notices of defects or of non-compliance (more commonly known as "recalls") have been issued with regards to the vehicle.
