Pick-up Instructions:

1. A site visit by the bidder is recommended to ensure the bidder can assess what equipment will be required to securely and safely transport the material from its current location to the loading dock and then to truck.
2. Pick-up dates and times must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance. Pick-ups without advance notice will not be accepted.
3. Pick-up appointments must be booked within the following schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. (statutory holidays excluded).
4. The buyer is responsible for moving the purchased materiel from its current location to the loading dock and onto their truck. As such, the buyer must bring its own equipment, tools, and labour to complete the move.
5. Any personnel designated by the bidder to affect the transfer of the purchased materiel to the loading dock and truck must have CSA approved safety work boots and high visibility traffic vest.
6. It is the responsibilities of the buyer to come prepared on the date and time of the pick-up appointment. If the buyer is deemed unprepared, the National Depot logistics agent has the authority to refuse the pick-up, re-schedule the appointment and report to GCSurplus.
7. The buyer must pick-up the entire lot as advertised in the sale post. The National Depot logistics agent has the authority to indicate to the buyer in what order materiel must be removed.
8. The entire lot must be removed within 10 business days following the closing of the sale.
